Supporting local people with learning disabilities to participate in sports and to compete in Special Olympics.
Lakeland Special Olympics currently offers football on Saturday mornings 10 am - 11am at the Lakeland Forum Enniskillen. In 2008, athletics will be developed as additional sport.
Volunteers are needed to help with training and administration.
Lakeland Special Olympics was established in early 2006 and affiliated with Special Olympics Ireland in late 2008. The club enables learning disabled individuals over the age of six to participate in Specail Olympics at events, both regional and national.
