We are a Cross Community Playgroup situated in Galloon Gardens Newtownbutler, in a purpose built building and is registered with Health and Social Services and NIPPA. The Playgroup Leader is Michelle McGrory, Assistant Leader is Marion Reilly and Assistant is Paula Jenkins. The premises is Wheelchair Accessible.
The centre is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12 noon. Starting age for the centre is 2 years and 9 months and have space for 24 children. The child must be fully potty trained before starting the centre unless the child has special needs. Some children can find the separation from parents difficult to start with, but here at the centre parents are very welcome to stay with the child for the necessary period of time. We follow the national curriculum under the Department of Education's Specification. Children are offered a varied and balanced program of activities brought out through active learning.
