Health and Safety Works NI (HSWNI), is the innovative small business advisory service of the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland.
Our aim is help small businesses and organisations manage workplace health and safety by providing a free and confidential service offering practical advice and guidance. Our service is available throughout Northern Ireland to all businesses employing less than 50 people and to organisations within the social economy.
Our team of advisers can help with any health and safety concerns you might have, can assist with writing health and safety policies and completing risk assessments. Our advisers can arrange to visit your premises to discuss the health and safety issues that are causing you concern and offer valuable advice on how to eliminate and control these hazards. Following a visit to your premises they will provide you with a short report detailing what was discussed at the visit and provide you with a starting point for managing your health and safety. There is the option to arrange follow-up visits to discuss progress and seek further help if necessary.
