Green Hat provides consultancy, facilitation & management services. We have a wide range of clients, but spend most of our time working with arts and community-based organisations. Based in Lisnaskea, County Fermanagh Green Hat undertakes work throughout Ireland, North and South.
Our key services include: facilitation, consultancy, evaluation, fundraising, bespoke training & development, project management, research and report writing.
We work with the community & voluntary sectors, arts & cultural organisations, small businesses and local authorities. We have experience of working with and in the arts & creative industries, disability & mental health, cross-border, women, rural & minority ethnic communities.
