05 March 2010, Hilden Charitable Fund - 2010 Summer Play Schemes Grants Now Open The Hilden Charitable Fund annually awards grants to help community groups in the UK run summer play schemes for the benefit of children aged five to 18 years from refugee and ethnic minority families.

Grants of around £1,000 are available to voluntary agencies with an income of less than £150,000 running play schemes lasting for two to six weeks. Summer camps or play schemes with a budget of over £12,000 will not be considered for funding. The deadline for applications is 14 May 2010.
