Bannagh Community Project is based at Bannagh Hall, Bannagh Beg, Kesh, and is situated approximately 2 miles from Kesh on the Pettigo Road. It is a cross-community project established in 1988, and is entirely voluntary in all its activities. Its revenue for refurbishment has come from various funding bodies and by fund raising events at the Hall. Recent activities have involved a Craft Fair for the Marie Curie Cancer Care Foundation which for the second year managed to raise over £5000. A highly successful Tsunami Relief Concert raised over £1500. Other activities include painting and patchwork classes, an active Womens' Group, a Farmers' Group, and a flourishing Youth Club. |
