02-Mar-12 Lakeland Landscapes
The Lakeland Landscapes project seeks to develop a partnership within the Fermanagh Lakelands area to conserve/restore the natural and build heritage sites of importance, increase community participation in heritage, improve access to and learning about the landscape and its heritage and increase training opportunities in local heritage skills needed to look after the landscape in the future. We are developing an application to the Heritage Lottery Fund for funding to develop the project further and at this stage are trying to gather thoughts from the community on the key heritage sites/skills gaps/needs in the area.
